The Kiban Co., Ltd. established in 2015 is a seed breeding company in Korea. We aim to develop tailor-made vegetable seeds via its own breeding programs. Not only to be a new global leader in the seed industry but also develop a wide range of high-quality seeds to step up to the whole new level, 2 R&D com- plexes in Korea and Thailand have been oper- ating. Located in Anseong city, Korea, derived its name from the meaning of ‘peaceful castle’, The Kiban Angseong R&D complex is the main researching hub for operating its breeding programs. With 17 hectares of total area, The Kiban commits to breed high-quality vegetable seeds by combining state-of-the-art biotech- nology. Developing high-quality seeds which guide best performances within various climates and environments, The Kiban Chiangmai R&D com- plex has been launched in 2018 in Thailand. Through cooperation with Anseong R&D com- plex, The Kiban Chiangmai R&D complex will become a stronghold to expand its market to the world.
